Terms of Service

By using The Architect, you agree to these terms. The short version: use the product honestly, don't misuse it, and understand that it's a reflection tool — not therapy.
1. What The Architect is
The Architect is a private AI journaling and mentorship platform. You write journal entries, and the system responds with mentor-level reflection powered by AI. It is designed to help you think more clearly, recognize your patterns, and build self-awareness.
2. What The Architect is not
The Architect is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or crisis support. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage any mental health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services immediately.
The AI responses are generated by language models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your own judgment when interpreting responses.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and recovery key.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use The Architect.
- One account per person. Do not share your account with others.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of everything you write in The Architect. Your journal entries are encrypted client-side and stored as ciphertext we cannot read. We claim no rights over your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not use The Architect to generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
5. AI-generated responses
Mentor responses are generated by AI (currently Anthropic's Claude). These responses are provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability. The Architect and its operators are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
6. Subscription and billing
- Free tier: Available indefinitely with usage limits. No credit card required.
- Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on the website and may change with notice.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@architectapp.ai.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or encryption mechanisms.
- Use the service to harm, harass, or exploit others.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond your own content.
- Use automated tools to access the service at scale.
- Resell or redistribute access to The Architect.
8. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your data from our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
The Architect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Architect and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Privacy
Your use of The Architect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

The Architect’i kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersin. Kısası: ürünü dürüstçe kullan, kötüye kullanma ve bunun bir düşünme aracı olduğunu — terapi olmadığını — anla.
1. The Architect nedir
The Architect, özel bir yapay zekâ günlük ve mentorluk platformudur. Günlük yazıları yazarsın, sistem yapay zekâ destekli mentor düzeyinde yansımayla yanıt verir. Daha net düşünmen, kalıplarını fark etmen ve öz farkındalık geliştirmen için tasarlandı.
2. The Architect ne değildir
The Architect terapi, danışmanlık, tıbbi tavsiye veya kriz desteği değildir. Herhangi bir ruh sağlığı durumunu teşhis etmez, tedavi etmez veya yönetmez. Bir ruh sağlığı krizi yaşıyorsan lütfen lisanslı bir uzmanla veya yerel acil servislerle iletişime geç.
Yapay zekâ yanıtları dil modelleri tarafından oluşturulur ve zaman zaman yanlış, eksik veya uygunsuz olabilir. Yanıtları yorumlarken kendi muhakemeni kullan.
3. Hesabın
- Hesap oluşturmak için geçerli bir e-posta adresi sağlaman gerekir.
- Hesap kimlik bilgilerinin ve kurtarma anahtarının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
- The Architect’i kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmalısın.
- Kişi başına bir hesap. Hesabını başkalarıyla paylaşma.
4. İçeriğin
The Architect’te yazdığın her şeyin tam mülkiyeti sana aittir. Günlük yazıların istemci tarafında şifrelenir ve okuyamayacağımız şifreli metin olarak saklanır. İçeriğin üzerinde hiçbir hak talep etmeyiz.
Gönderdiğin içerikten yalnızca sen sorumlusun. The Architect’i yasa dışı, zararlı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik oluşturmak, saklamak veya dağıtmak için kullanma.
5. Yapay zekâ yanıtları
Mentor yanıtları yapay zekâ tarafından oluşturulur (şu anda Anthropic’in Claude’u). Bu yanıtlar doğruluk, eksiksizlik veya uygunluk garantisi olmaksızın “olduğu gibi” sağlanır. The Architect ve operatörleri, yapay zekâ içeriğine dayanarak aldığın kararlardan sorumlu değildir.
6. Abonelik ve faturalandırma
- Ücretsiz katman: Kullanım limitleriyle süresiz olarak kullanılabilir. Kredi kartı gerekmez.
- Ücretli planlar: Stripe üzerinden aylık veya yıllık olarak faturalandırılır. Fiyatlar web sitesinde listelenir ve bildirimle değişebilir.
- Abonelikler: Ücretli planlar aylık veya yıllık faturalandırılır. İstediğiniz zaman iptal edin — fatura dönemi sonuna kadar erişiminiz devam eder.
- İptal: Aboneliğini Ayarlar’dan istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin. Erişim mevcut fatura döneminin sonuna kadar devam eder.
- İade: Dijital hizmetlerin doğası gereği iadeler duruma göre değerlendirilir. hello@architectapp.ai adresinden bize ulaş.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:
- Kullanım limitlerini, kimlik doğrulamayı veya şifreleme mekanizmalarını aşmaya çalışmak.
- Hizmeti başkalarına zarar vermek, taciz etmek veya sömürmek için kullanmak.
- Kendi içeriğin dışında hizmetten tersine mühendislik yapmak, veri çekmek veya ayıklamak.
- Hizmete ölçekli erişim için otomatik araçlar kullanmak.
- The Architect’e erişimi yeniden satmak veya dağıtmak.
8. Hesap feshi
Hesabını Ayarlar’dan istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Bu, tüm verilerini sistemlerimizden kalıcı olarak kaldırır.
Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları bildirimli veya bildirimsiz olarak askıya alma veya feshetme hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
9. Sorumluluk sınırlaması
The Architect herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın “olduğu gibi” sağlanır. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, The Architect ve operatörleri hizmeti kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.
Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin öncesindeki 12 ay içinde hizmet için ödediğin tutarı aşmayacaktır.
10. Gizlilik
The Architect kullanımın ayrıca verilerini nasıl işlediğimizi açıklayan Gizlilik Politikamız tarafından da yönetilir.
11. Bu koşullardaki değişiklikler
Ürün geliştikçe bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmen kabul anlamına gelir. Önemli değişiklikler e-posta veya uygulama içi bildirim yoluyla iletilecektir.
